Is this normal? Radeon HD 4770
At first before loading the driver my screen looked like this just all distorted and scrambled. After loading the drivers from the website first without reading the easier way it looked a whole lot better But the icons still show some distortion. I just want to know is this normal? And is there a fix to this?
