How to obtain Mint if you can't download it.

Hi guy
I am even newer to mint than you. I have a formatted hard drive and can not download. Any idea how I can get mint on disc to download. Does a disc come with the needed set-up files to install from scratch Please reply

Some PC magazine will ship cd/dvd's with their magazines too
Linux Format being a good example of the Linux type

Osdisk has the lowest prices, is very reliable, and ships fast. I do all my bying there.
