Download Mirror

Hello,
what are the requirements to become a download mirror?
I've got a nice dedicated server that currently hosts a few websites, nothing more, so I've got plenty of unused space and bandwidth. I would like to host a download of Linux Mint 14. how do I do this? thanks.
