Move menu bar on Mint 14

Hi all,

Just downloaded and installed Mint 14, upgraded from 13 and I was usually able to move it by the panel settings but I can't seem to find the relevant setting anymore. I'm on a dual display and my bar is appearing on the right side rather than the left.
