Hello,

I noticed that community.linuxmint.com offer a tool to donate one's new ideas and Get Involved at http://www.linuxmint.com also allow option to donate these ideas which link to blueprints.launchpad.net/linuxmint. What are the differences of these options?

Thank you

I think that you should post the ideas at the Mint Community website, and report bugs at Launchpad. At the community websites everybody can comment on your ideas. Moderators and developers will review the ideas and decide whether to reject it not.
As for Cinnamon you should report bugs and submit ideas at the project's GitHub page: github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon. You can also follow the project there and see which changes are made :)
