Do I need Bianca?

Postby goodpanos on Wed Feb 28, 2007 4:42 pm

I hope this is the right place to put this post in. If not please move.

I am currently using Mint 2.1 on a Dell Inspiron 600m notebook and am pretty satisfied with it.

Other than the new Amarok, Mint Artwork, and Mint Applications, is there a good reason to upgrade to Bianca?

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated it.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

In my opinion you do not have to. It is so much more pleasing to the eye though. It's such an easy install you should consider it. You will not lose any info at all if you follow the wiki.

Even if you do not need the artwork you will want to add the Bianca repositories so you get upgrades to the Mint goodies.
