Just wanted to give my feedback on Bianca. Thank you so much for a great distro. I'm fairly new to GNU/Linux and have been trying tons of distros in the past couple months, and I came back to Linux Mint twice. Everything works well. The fact that my wireless card worked with ndiswrapper right away (btw, thanks to the poster on the wireless config tip!) It's not bloated with tons of apps, Just the best of the basics, and all their drivers. Keep up the great work.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

I'd like to echo Spike's praise. As a relative newcomer to Linux, I've really enjoyed MEPIS and PCLinuxOS because they're friendlier than most distros to Windows refugees. I never really warmed to Ubuntu, but Mint makes a compelling case for Gnome. This is a very elegant distro -- clean, professional, and polished. If it's as stable as I anticipate, Mint is going to become one of my favorites. It's a little light on installed software (no CD/DVD burner?), but Synaptic quickly fills the gaps.

I found initially that the Mplayer plugin wouldn't render Real Media video, but learned the solution to that in two minutes on your excellent forum.

Kudos and thanks to the development team, and to the Mint community!
