Donation via Paypal with changed email address

I have just made my 4th donation to LM via my Paypal account.
I have changed the email address I use for my Paypal account since the third donation, so my latest donation has been registered as if from a new donor.
(new donor number is #7617)
Is there a procedure I should have followed to avoid this?

when you make more than one donation,
you should get a eMail from Mint Admin.
( did you keep this ? )

- using that information, you can correct your profile, that is stored by the Mint Admin.

& since most people don't make more than one donation,
- it's not a huge list ..

Yes I received the email, but that refers to the new profile generated because (presumably) the new Paypal email address was not recognised.
I did change the display name back to my previous name, but it didn't help.

I think the problem is that the email address that I used to register is not the same as my Paypal email address, so there's no way to connect the two.

have you got the one from the original donation(s)?.
- can you change the PP eMail address?.

otherwise, you may need to PM one of the moderators.
