This is how easy ubuntu is supposed to be. Be sure to keep the blue theme as a choice going forward if possible. Congrats!

BTW, in UBUNTU 6.o6 there was automatic mounting of the windows xp NTFS drives. for some reason, UBUNTU 6.10 does not mount them by default.
i just installed the last release of MINT (2.1) and i i don't have access to the NTFS drives... so maybe in the next version of MINT, even if UBUNTU doesn't use mounting as default.... MINT can make up for it?
