Linux Mint torrent tracker blocks my webfilter

I'm using a webfilter from Solcon, which gets blocked by the torrent tracker of Mint since last week.

Red text Error: 'This is a private tracker: 212.45.61.*' where * can be any number.
And 212.45.61.* are the filter servers.
