Help Files (SOLVED)

I've been trying to use the help button at the top of the programs and it seems like most of them are connected to nothing or just basic "About". I was wondering if anyone is working on getting these working. Or if it's just because i haven't downloaded the documentation, letting me know that i'm a noob and i still need to get the help files. lol Since a large part of Linux is the community, A possible idea is that they would send me to the Forums relating to the program or problem.

And, I'd like to thank the Linux community for all it's help while I'm in the middle of my learning curve. LOL I haven't needed to ask many questions on the forums because they have already been asked and answered. All I needed to do was find the question.

Thank you Vincent, I should have known it would be on the forums somewhere. I just couldn't narrow down my search enough.
