Issue Tracking

Post by jpedrosa »

Hi,
i'm a little new to Mint Website & Forum, so kill me if you use this but ...

i have not seen a issue tracking system, something like "Eventum" or a related product :)

It's very useful, not only to people see the evolution of something, but also obvious to track all issues and maybe something even more important ...
to people outside the project, realize that things, are not so easy as they seem.

when we say "we are thinking in sending out a new beta out" people most of the times don't understand what it means.
but if we say ... "we are closing issues 2,4,6,22 ... up to the next beta release", people understand the amount of effort, and even better ... they understand your work load much better.

above all, the project is more visible :)

best regards,
JP
