Visual Inconsistencies

Just reporting in on some visual inconsistencies I noticed. Not sure if this is fit for launchpad?


-blue focus line around root password prompt entry boxes and other login prompts.
-gtk style buttons on black login/root prompts
-icons that aren't monochrome in the system tray/indicator area
-on/off toggle switches in indicator dropdowns aren't themed properly
