Just being active in the forums, the IRC chat rooms and the Community Site is more than many users do. You do not need to be a coder or an artist to contribute. If you have an idea that you think would be of benefit to Mint, let us know. Make a post to the Ideas section of the Community Site. If the idea has merit, a developer may decide to try writing the required code and your idea could be in the next version of Mint.
Also, translation is an ongoing project. New apps are being added to Ubuntu and Mint constantly and many need translation into other languages. Do not think that just because the current version of Mint is fully translated into Finnish that there will not be a continuing need for translators.
Anything you can do will help the Mint community continue to grow and prosper. Even if it is only checking the Finnish section of the forums for spam and trolls and reporting anything you find to the moderation team, it is helping Mint.
