How to submit a tutorial

Hi

I have prepared and posted a tutorial about how to install a Brother DCP printer but after having posted it I saw that I was not allowed to do so. What should I do to make this tutorial available ?

I'm puzzled
You have posted a tutorial but were not "allowed" to?
After reading this I had to search for your tutorial,and as it was in the wrong place I moved it to the correct place - the Tutorials and HowTos Section
