Enlightemnent

Will there be any development done to offer Enlightenment in future Linux Mint releases? XFCE has made quite a bit of progress and Enlightenment seems a natural choice of desktop managers :D

I doubt we'll see an E17 version of Mint, but you can still install it through the package manager.

You may want to try Bodhi linux (http://www.bodhilinux.com/). It seems to be the most popular distro using enlightenment, also based on Ubuntu (older version than what Mint is based on). Macpup (http://macpup.org/macpup528.php) is also very nice, a spin on Puppy linux. If you install enlightenment from within Mint, you'll get a rather generic version that will need quite a bit of tweaking to set up to your liking.

Sabayon Linux also has an E17 version for various architectures...
