As a consumer I can either accept their efforts for what they are or vote with my feet. I used M12 for a bit and decided I wanted something else so I moved the daily machine to another distro but I have high hopes for the next release. Enjoy

Which is normally the case with any DE or WM, I think. I don't think it's true of Unity, though.
