cinnamon-sr (as in software rendering)
cinnamon-llvmpipe (cinna-pipe for the family )
now in another register: it's a great update, the mythic 1.5 lives to the expectations)

The only thing in the article that confused me is "Fallback on Metacity when Cinnamon crashes". Metacity? In Gnome 3? Did the author misunderstand something?
