Your Mint setup

Guess a topic like this will be nice, posting software and hardware.
My setups:
Laptop:
- ASUS K53E laptop
- CPU: Intel Core i5 2450M (2.5 GHz to 3.1 GHz)
- GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000
- RAM: 8 GB DDR3
- HDD: 320 GB Western Digital 5400 RPM
Installed Apache, MySQL, PHP and the related stuff for web development purposes. Also have a LOT of modified system modules (everything except the desktop is modified, really lmao), including PulseAudio with equalizer (the laptop has speakers which can offer more then Linux does by default). VMware Player with WinXP is also installed as W7 is a resource hog, lmao.
I love Mint, I can do basically anything with the OS which I want to. It doesn't give me BSODs as W7 did. Plus it runs Minecraft so much quicker (it's a slow game but it can be fun when you're bored). I love the Cinnamon desktop, and the BSODs were too annoying which tempted me to get rid of Windows altogether with recovery partition and the crap, to install Mint.
It basically included all the apps I needed with some exceptions, so awesome work guys!
As for my other desktop/media center:
- Unknown brand
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 6300 @ 1.9 GHz (right out of the top of my head)
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
- RAM: 2 GB DDR2
- HDD: 250 GB Western Digital 5400 RPM
It runs XBMC just fine (no idea why it doesn't anymore on my laptop, guess a new release was made which broke stuff) and has some compatibility for windows programs.
As I said I love the Cinnamon desktop, and it's so flexible, so I was thinking of installing Mint already. Dad thought maybe W7 would fit better, so tried installing that (could always dual-boot) and it didn't even want to install, so that's the end of my decision lol.
