Needs to start with "O" and end in "a"

Olga would definitely be most fun.

Orla is a man's name?

Maybe "Oona" given Mint's irish conenction, though it doesn't sound so hot.

In my neck of the woods it's a (rare) man's name. Sounds terrible anyway :)

I think Oralia/Oralla may fall into the same category.

According to BabyNamesPedia , Olivia was the most widely used.

..but also I will vote with Olivia or Oxana

Olivia is latin and soft-slow without strong accents
Oxana is russian, exotic and nice ..Oksana version maybe work better for most peoples
