You should see the official announcement shortly and it should start appearing on the servers soon.
Edit: If you have updated the RC, you have the final.

I'm very impressed with 14. For the first time I've been able to install ATI proprietary drivers without blowing the OS up so I'm eagerly refreshing a list of mirrors.

There are a few outstanding issues with Mint 14, including USB boot and Intel graphics; so please be patient. If all goes well it could appear on linuxmint.com today or tomorrow.
