Or how about a derivative... "Qamara" = which supposedly also means "moon", but in Arabic... i'm not Arabic (nor Greek for that matter), but I was looking through a site that has a list of names for baby girls and this one came up and it sounded really nice to me... well, both do...

How about we skip the letter Q, I mean, do we really have to stick to this alphabetical order. What happens after we run out of letters, begin with A all over again of course so why not do away with the ones that leave us such cumbrous options.

Googled female names beginning with Q and found a rather short list... while browsing the list, I found a name that I have heard only once before on the old American TV show "The Addams Family"... did some more research and found the name is of Spanish origin and according to the Unofficial Addams Family website it means "the woman I desire"... I thought, what better name for Mint 17?..

So my nomination for the code name for the next LTS version of Linux Mint (17) is Querida.

so many Q- names are kinda weird, hard to say, and difficult to relate to. Not the impression you want to give. I like the simplicity of Qia a lot.

Second choice, but powerful, is Querida, a generic loving name, could be for mistress, is Spanish in origin. Mi amor, mi querida, mi Mint!!!!
