Out of curiosity ... but how would you then say it in Croatian? This IT talk in our language(s) (technically it's still the same IMHO given those few and small differences ??) is sure as hell confusing. I really prefer if anyone I talk to uses terms such as "fajl" (file), "dajrektori" (directory), "skrin" (screen), "davnlod" (download), "sidi wrajter" (CD writer) and other transliterations borrowed from English rather than those silly terms such as "datoteka" they came up with. OK, I can forgive "papirna korpa" (paper bin) or "smece" (trash can), but when they start talking about their home folder as "dom" or "kuca" it really gets confusing, you really never know if they are still talking about their home folder or about renovating their real houses in real life ...

Aj em konfjuzed somtajms :D

LOL ... But it's closer to the English term, although if you say "sprzim CD" someone like me might think that you are going to throw it into a pan and fry it in hot oil like a sausage :D

The Serb(ian) term for a CD writer is confusing like hell: "CD rezac" (a "CD cutter") ... When I heard that the first time I thought it's a device for destroying CD's .... :D

"velepamtilo" ?? OMFG  I've also once heard "cvrsta ploca" but I don't know how wide-spread or "official" that is.
