Any opinions on Enlightenment?

Has anyone tried the Enlightenment windows manager? Would it be worth trying with Mint? How difficult is it to switch between windows managers and choose which one would start on boot-up?

Love it.

Easy to install, easy to switch between Gnome and Enlightenment from your Bianca login screen.

Prior to log in choose sessions then enlightenment, login and you have it.

If you need to switch back to Gnome just hit alt>ctrl>backspace and it brings you back to your login. chose sessions and gnome enter name and pw and you are set.

It would be advisable to exit GNOME (or any other desktop for that matter) gracefully .... and not so violently!

Using the Logout button?

Ctrl+Alt+Backspace should be regarded as "means of last resort", e.g. if something really screws up your GUI and you cannot retake control of your machine otherwise.
