Hmmm... The picture of the 'windows 8 secure boot kill switch', about a quarter of the way down the page.. Why does the original unphotoshopped image appear here http://wiep.net/talk/link-building/building-link-targeted-content-that-works-step-3-of-3-launching-monitoring-after-care/ labelled as a launch controller :?:

And the original source for the image showing clearly the whole device and that it is in no way connected to either Microsoft or the NSA http://www.vernk.com/LaunchController.htm

Man this article uses immoral techniques to spread fear!! I was about to reformat my PC and disable UEFI boot mode http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=169475#p871115!!! :oops: :oops: But thanks to exploder and WinterTroubles I not gonna lose any time over this :D :D
