Mint withdrawal

Post by JohnH »

Hi folks,

I've got the Mint shakes.

My wife and I went away for the weekend only to find that our house was robbed during our absence. My wife lost jewelery given to her by a previously (wealthy) employer in Hong Kong.

I lost two laptops: the HP dv2000tx - a fine little box, and also an Aopen P4 laptop that I was setting up for my brother in law who is a struggling engineering student in the Philippines.

Most of all, I am upset about the loss of my 34 year old Martin D18 guitar. Those of you who pick the guitar will know that this means.

Ah well, move on and get over it John

Cheers
John

PS I am writing this at work on my Windows laptop; and I am lost without my Mint fix.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. A 34 year old Martin! One of the most finely crafted and truest sounding guitars ever made.

I truly hope your guitar can be recovered.
