I haven't had issues with ebay, just the users... Actually ebay isn't a bad option, there will be some fees associated to the auction itself, but It would be a good way of keeping it out there.

well I would gladly deal without any sort of middleman its just a question of buyers feeling secure.

well, an option... could find a company to print the badges (and other mint stuff), get linux mint web devs to create a store on the site... add products to the store. most web store software comes with paypal integration so the devs could get the money straight. however there will be some investment from the devs to purchase the bulk order of badges and such which could be trouble.
