automatic login

Hi all,

I have tested and continue to use a number of Linux-based operating systems and am very impressed with Mint - but I'm new to the Gnome window manager.

Does anyone no how to automate login to your home desktop (i.e. skip the need to type your username and password every time you boot up)?
