Was 1943 running on the Atari ST? I remember playing it...

Originally it was an arcade game machine, e.g. one where you'd insert coins to be able to play. It got later ported to C64, Amiga, and probably to Atari ST and other home computers too. And nowadays you can play it (plus its numerous clones) via various emulators, e.g. MAME and many others.
