Linux Mint pre-installed??

Could you please help me?
We are a small computer building company in Mexico. In the past months we had a great preasure from M$csoft because we don't sale enough (we sold 800 machines per month) of their products. We used Linspire in the past but we need a modern Linux distribution. Can we use Linux Mint?
under what conditions? Thank you!
