I was surfing on the web where i found this.

It's a linux distro developed by North Korea.

It's in Dutch, but there are screenshots.
Use google translate, if you want to read the article in english. (sort of)

I think this shows that even poor countries can use linux.

Interesting that Governments have started doing this, this isn't the first time this has happened!
