I have been running both LM12 KDE and Netrunner 4.1 (both updated to KDE 4. for a while now and I am finding that Netrunner is more polished and stable than LM 12 KDE.
In LM12 KDE, the software manager still crashes after 10 seconds or so and there are Nepomuk and Akonadi issues as well. Hopefully, once LM KDE matures, it will solve these issues and push the envelope, but for now Netrunner is the better distro on my system.
Give Netrunner a try, you might be pleasantly surprised.
The alliance between MINT and NETRUNNER bodes very well indeed for the future of KDE.
Problems with LM12 KDE? Give Netrunner 4.1 a try.
