Bottom panel not on the very bottom!

Hello all,
I'm on Fedora but using the linuxmint bottom panel + window list + menu button (awesome btw)

I find that if i go to the very bottom of the screen and click, the panel does not respond to the click. I think there is one row of pixels between the bottom of the panel and the bottom of the screen.
Is there anyway I can change this? That is remove this offset completely?
