CD audio : Choisir l'application par défaut

Post by Corneliux »

Bonjour,

Bonjour,

insert the cd. When autorun box opens click in the choice window and choose "Open other application" then use a custom command.
Then click Browse and navigate to File system /usr/bin folder and click on Asunder, then click the Add button. If you want Asunder to always open with audio cd check the "Always perform this action" box.

Thank's for your reply, but when I choose "Open other apllication", how can I use a custom command.
I've only the choice between applications in a list.

In your home folder right click to show hidden files.
open the .local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
add this line just below the [Added Associatons] statement:

x-content/audio-cdda=asunder.desktop

Now Asunder should should be a choice under System Settings/Preferred Applications, under the Removable Media
tab/CD audio dialogue. You can set it as default, or as an auto-run choice, and you should also have
Asunder as a choice when right-clicking the desktop cd icon.
