What is camera direction is used

What is camera direction is used to describe the camera to look over someone's shoulder? I'm in charge of making my drama group's script for our short film. And in one scene, I would like to have the camera so it's looking over someone's shoulder, down at someone else who is sitting down at a desk. How can I do this? What Camera Direction is it called?
