Tell me if you want me to edit any of my wallpapers as well, or if you want the xcf-files and do it yourself.
BTW - I don't speak more than ten words of Spanish, so I hope I didn't misunderstood the meaning of your messages.
As for the main question, I think it's OK to translate the slogan to any language you want, but maybe Clem wants a say here?

Pues no se pueden editar son graficos, pero puedes hacer lo siguiente: utilizar Gimp para cambhiarlos y ponerles el texto que tu quieras.

Otra solución es pasarle por Linux Mint Hispano en el cual hay algunos fondos traducidos con el consiguiente "De la libertad vino la la elegancia".
