Problemas Modem 3G ZTE MF110

Postby arielm60 on Thu Jan 20, 2011 9:19 am

I don't understand spanish, but i will learn it someday because its beautiful language.
I guess your modem is not working. Try 'Sakis3g' script. It works with most modems.
The site is www.sakis3g.org
just download the binary file, make it an executable and just run it. If you want more help just check the website, it has a nice howto. Let me know how it goes

1.Extract the file.
2.Make it an executable. (Right click on the file, select properties, then got to the permission tab, tick the box saying run as executable)
3.Run it
4. After it loads, select the 'connect with 3g' it will auto configure your modem.
5. Next it will ask you to choose your APN.
6.Then it will ask you to enter a username and a password, get it from your network carrier, or if there isn't just enter false data. (Then only it will continue)
7.Done it will show you a message when it connects.
Note1:Don't exit it, just minimize it, this will be your modem manager from now on.
Note2:In firefox if you can't browse. Uncheck the workoffline option.

Enjoy!!
