Configure mintMenu to use MATE-File-Manager (Caja)

I am using Mint 12 with the MATE desktop. I added mintMenu to my panel and it works great. The only issue I have, is when I click on a Places location, mintMenu uses Nautilus from Gnome3, which doesn't look all that great with MATE (Gtk 2/3 thing). Does anyone know how I can configure mintMenu to use mate-file-manager (aka Caja) when launching anything in Places?
