Anyway, you will have to configure this in your BIOS. Especially with the .iso the computer should just boot from the CD or DVD if you changed the boot order in the BIOS. If it doesn't, try the CD or DVD on another computer. It works there? Then you need to go back into the BIOS as something is likely not set correctly yet for the boot order (usually boot order can be configured in two places, one for hard disk order and one for other devices order, check both). Alternatively, you may first install a Windows boot manager, such as EasyBCD (it costs a lot of money though):
