Hibernation not working

Hello again to all, I just curious that I didn't see the hibernate options in the shutdown menu. I remember when i run my laptop with Mint Live CD, i did see hibernate options, but when i finished installing it, it just gone! Is there any way to enable that option again?
Linux Mint 13 MATE in Acer Aspire 4715z, Intel Dual Core 1.86Ghz, Intel Graphics 965 Express Chipset Family, 120GB Hard Disk
