Installing xfce 4.10

I am running Mint 13 - Cinammon and would like to know what the proper steps are involved in installing xfce 4.10 DE.

just do a

sudo apt-get install xfce4


I have mine set up on top of all the fun compiz eye-candy on Maya and everything is running so smoothly :D :D

The version in the repos is 4.8. I found this PPA for 4.10 here: http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/10769 ... untu-1204/

I'm running 4.10 in Arch and it is a big improvement! It's noticeably faster and looks more "up to date".

There's a direct link: https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev/+archive/xfce-4.10

No need to visit neowin.net unless one is prepared to handle loads of cookies and trackers :)
