System settings > Peripherals > Monitor and Display

One other question that's great for this form... I can't seem to find the trash bin to purge my delete items from the system. I can only find the direct folder they are sent to which doesn't have empty trash,

Right click on an empty space on the task/menu bar and select add applet. A screen will open and you can select the trash can to add to the menu bar.
