Install KDE themes

Greetings everyone!

i have a problem here. may be someone could help me out? :D

well, where to start? :P oke, i tryed to install some themes in mint KDE (4.0 not beta) but i faild. for example i tryed to install this one http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/NuoveXT2-Theme?content=66685
i downloaded the part "Ktheme". i installed it (system settings> appearence and themes> theme manager) but when i tryed to let it appear, simply nothing happens?

so, what am i doing wrong? :P

and where is the file: "Polyester Config" for and the file: "Amarok Theme" ?

The link you have has support for it - and it's a "beta" theme
