UMTS/HSDPA MODEM FROM OPTION

Postby megaxenon on Mon Mar 17, 2008 8:08 am

Hello. I'm new in linux and have a Fujitsu-Siemens V5545 with built in UMTS/HSDPA Modem. Of course it works fine in windows, but it would be great if it worked with linuxmint, so i don't have to use windows anymore. The integrated UMTS/HSDPA modem is from Option.

How can i get this work with Linuxmint 2.0

Have tried to download gcom.
when i typed gcom in the terminal, it said it couldn't start the modem

Can somebody help?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
