dang! i think i screwed up my linux i cant' login normally then it sends me to the command prmt/terminal promt wathever you call it...... i just uninstalled my nvdia driver on envy and restarted it and whosshhhhhhhh can login anymore....... i tried to go to the recovery mode but i don't know what to do...... im simply blank about these commands on linux...... errors states about x org...... how can i fix this ? need help badly huhuhuhuhuhh (by the way im using celena)

Log in in CLI mode and try this :

Code: Select all

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg -phigh

then reboot.

BTW, Pidgin does not support video chat. So you have to either use aMSN or other for video & sound chat.

hi guys and gals if any ..... just wondering is linux mint and ubuntu7.1 the same???
i currently dual boot my pc with xp and celena...... how can i uninstall my celena mint on dual boot mode???
i just want to try my ubuntu tnx for the help
