login failed

hi, i'm new in this and i hace a problem, i started to play around with chown and i made a mistake, but now i can login with no problem.
my problem start when i block the session that i'm working in and after it doesn't accept my password!!

please can toy help me oy?

First off - don't play around with chown - especially if you are a newbie - it's a very powerful and dangerous command for which there normally is no use
Second which version of Mint?
Third - what do you mean by
when i block the session that i'm working in

Do you mean lock instead of block?

In any case, what did you do to fix the problems you made?
