Where are online accounts in Nadia?

My first installation of Mint finished, and I've spent about an hour trying in vain to find out where I can setup online accounts. gnome-online-accounts is installed, but I can't find any interface or any command that launches it. Googling suggests it should be in System Settings, but it's not.

What I started out trying to do was publish some photos from Shotwell to Facebook, as I'm accustomed to do in Fedora. But in Mint, the only online publishing option in Shotwell by default is to some site call "piwigo". An option is also available to "Add more accounts", but clicking it has no effect at all - although Shotwell's Facebook plugin is present and activated. I figured that maybe I needed to have Facebook setup in my online accounts, but can't see how to do that.

Thanks for any help.

Investigating my own question further, it seems that yanking online-accounts from the System Settings was an upstream Ubuntu decision in 12.04:

The solution to the Shotwell/Facebook problem solves this too: http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... 90#p650578
