The brightness control wasn't working so I added a line to the grub menu.
Now the BIOS loads but I cannot see the GUI but the is loading cuz I can still toggle Bluetooth and all.
Only if I could enter into the terminal then maybe I could fix it .
Please guide me over this

Do you still see the GRUB menu? What version of Mint do you have? What are your computer specs?
