Setup Sharing

Postby captaintonka on Sat Apr 26, 2008 5:46 pm

I was hoping to share a NTFS partition under /media/sda5 which will be made available for access within VMware Player running windows XP VM. Samba is running within mint, and have configured sharing for the folder sda5 under /media
However havent had much luck trying to connect to this share folder under VMWare
is there a prefered method for this requirement?
Many thanks in advance

You have not been answered, sorry for that
I don't know about this, but I recommend you to look at VMware's documentation, forum etc
Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
