I am a total noob to Linux and also to Mint.
I installed UBuntu and then saw this in an article so am installing Mint as well
but going to run it via my USB stick on my Windows machine as I have no idea if I am going to like or be with Linux for long (still playing it safe 
)I have downloaded unetbootin and then burnt the iso onto my usb stick.
This may sound stupid but keep in mind I am totally new to this; on the unetbootin "config" screen it says to allot some space that gets saved between reboots, but it lists it only for Ubuntu, can I give it some space there even though this is not Ubuntu (but from my reading a fork of ubuntu) or will that screw things up?
